Immigration Tip

Information supplied by: Global We Search Limited

It is an offence to employ any migrant knowingly or unknowingly unless the migrant can prove they have permission to work legally in the UK.  It is an offence to employ a migrant if the Home Office must firstly give permission for that migrant document to be switched or transferred.  If you are caught by the Home Office you are likely to be issued with a civil penalty on the spot which could a fine of £10,000 per illegal worker and up to 2 years custodial sentence.  DO NOT TAKE THE RISK; WE ARE HERE TO PROVIDE FULL IMMIGRATION SUPPORT.

Will it cost me money to do this check? No

So how do I prevent this?
We have created the traffic light system document which will tell you who can work in the UK legally and who can not.  If the migrant has documents which are not listed you can email our Immigration Advisor and attach the migrant document and we will verify they have permission to be in the UK and can be transferred/switched to your company.  If you would like a copy of this document email your request to advisor@global4immigration.com

YOU MUST NOT EMPLOY ANY MIGRANT WHO DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO WORK IN THE UK WITHOUT GETTING CLEARANCE FIRST?
